Can I manage more than one facility or brand?
Yes. One account runs several brands, each with as many locations as you need. Switch between them in a click. Members, staff, plans and billing stay separate per brand.
How does Jymbro billing work?
Choose a Jymbro plan and manage it through Stripe. Every plan starts with a free trial. You can update billing details, view invoices, or cancel from the hosted portal.
Can I control what my staff can see and do?
Yes. Permissions follow a role hierarchy: Owner, Admin, Manager, Receptionist and PT. The front desk, managers and trainers each see only what their role allows, and every role is colour-coded across the app.
How does facility access work?
Members show a rotating, single-use pass on their phone, scanned by a registered device at your location. A pass cannot be shared, reused or screenshotted. Every scan is written to an immutable audit log, so you know who entered, when and where.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a free trial — 14 days for Directory, 30 for Starter and 45 for Pro — with full access. You add your card when you pick the plan, and we charge nothing until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
How long does it take to set up?
Most facilities are up and running in under 10 minutes: create your account, name your brand, add a location, and invite your team. You can add members and plans as you go.
